Policies

Turn Around Time

Our current turn around time is 14 business days for designs on hand. Preorders are 14-20 business days. Ready to sell items are 1-2 business days. This doesn't include weekends, closed days, holidays or shipping. TAT means the time it takes for us to make your order.

Shipping

We are not liable for any delay in shipping. Once we drop it off to be shipped, it is in the hands of the delivery carrier. With each order you receive a tracking number. When we pull up your tracking, we can only see what you see.

Return Policy

The only way products would be accepted in a return is if you got the wrong size or wrong product. We do not accept returns if product is damaged or altered in any way. Please contact us within 2 business days for returns.

Refund Policy

Refunds are determined by the company. If you have something wrong with your order when you receive it, please contact us within 2 business days and we can figure out a plan of action. We do not refund based on wrong size.
